• LOCATOR Field Assessment

    Locate Management's Field Assessment service is designed to be performed after the Underground Facility Locator (UFL) has successfully completed an industry specific knowledge development course(s) and locator field training.

    Our Field Assessment represents the third and final stage in the UFL Competency Cycle. When this is completed, the UFL will have the necessary knowledge and skills to work within an industry specific sector(s).

     

    Each applicable task description in the UFL Field Task Competency Manual must be signed off by an Assessor after the UFL has demonstrated proficiency for that task. Locate Management's Assessors have the knowledge, skills, ability, and experience to evaluate the performance of the UFL for industry specific task competencies.
